Karen A. Shannon - In both the corporate and non-profit sectors, Karen Shannon has excelled in fulfilling organizational goals and objectives. From strategic planning to fundraising and all points in between, Karen's skill at creativity, fundraising, negotiations, marketing, and programming takes corporate events and non-profit educational programs from conception to implementation with successful conclusions beyond client expectations.

Karen began her career in non-profit management by creating an association for children on medical life support. Her work with federal, state and local government agencies, set the stage for new laws to be passed that expanded access to health care and provided funding to develop educational access for this critical health care need. In the corporate sector, Karen has worked for the past ten years in developing corporate incentive programs and special events for clients such as Nokia, Avicia, dIO, Dentsply and more.

Tammy R. Waitsman - has been in the computer technology sector for more than 20 years. Ms. Waitsman entered the IT industry in the early 80’s as a System Support Engineer for CPT Corporation. Her tradeshow experience began at the National Association of Convenience Stores, where in 1990 she joined their staff as the Director of IT. Along with being responsible for the IT infrastructure of the company she was also responsible for the design and implementation of the pre-reg and exhibitor’s database, on-site registration, and pre and post show data conversion. She was also involved in the planning of NACS’ first web presence. Ms. Waitsman furthered her knowledge and experience when she joined the staff of the National Spa and Pool Institute, where as the Director of IT she continued to grow and develop their IT efforts and was also responsible for their convention database design and modifications; on-site registration planning, implementation and support; and miscellaneous equipment orders and setup. She was instrumental in implementing an on-line registration system linked to NSPI’s internal database and a complete and total redesign of the association’s web site.

Ms. Waitsman is currently Vice President for ATECS, LLP, an all-encompassing computer support and consulting company, and has dedicated the majority of her time consulting for M-PALM. Her unique combination of skills and hands on experience are a true benefit in respect to helping the customer design and implement a Web or IT strategy for their event or company.

Tara Monticelli - began her career in Sales & Marketing and Public Relations over eleven years ago with organizing and promoting conferences for several not-for-profit agencies in Washington, DC. She moved into television production sales and marketing for a medium sized company serving nationally known television stations such as Discovery Communications and National Geographic Channel. During her tenure in television production sales and marketing, she was responsible for obtaining multi-million dollar contracts from key clients establishing continued profits for both television and radio spot productions. In conjunction with Kodak film, she designed and printed a monthly educational newsletter for filmmakers across the United States that has been recognized by Maryland Film Commission as a "must-have tool for filmmakers".

After television, she began promoting to national, multi-site retailers for a large Management Services company. This position involved building a complete marketing tool kit along with development of the Strategic Marketing Plan and organizing two key annual trade show events.

Tara is a graduate from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, where she received her BS in Business Management. She is also a alumni of Delta Sigma Pi where she is VP of Professional Services responsible for culminating fraternity events including a yearly New York City tour of Wall Street.

Jennifer Lawrence - background encompasses 20 years as a Choreographer, Director, Casting Associate, Performer/ Dancer. Jennifer has managed the talent program for Hollywood & Highland / Kodak Theater project and in 2002 received the THEA award as Assistant Director for Porto Paradiso within the Tokyo DisneySea Project and presently working within Hong Kong Disneyland

Jennifer has performed with Comic Strip Live, The Magic Castle, Moscow's Bolshoi Circus, Universal Studios Hollywood, Knott's Scary Farm and International touring companies. After receiving her degree from Ryerson Polytechnical University's Theatre-Dance Program, she expanded her experience of performing and creative development in full-scale musicals, magic shows, themed entertainment and television.

Jennifer has choreographed for Dolly Parton's Music Mansion Theater, Universal Studios Hollywood, Walt Disney Imagineering and Entertainment, Knott's Berry Farm, 6-Flaggs Magic Mountain and Water Ski Shows Inc. She's had creative responsibilities with, Toni Basil and United Nations Tours. In 2000 she was the choreographic casting representative for Tokyo Disney Sea worldwide casting tour and currently for Hong Kong Disneyland.

Jennifer's varied knowledge in Themed Entertainment includes understanding operational requirements, casting facilitation and sourcing proper personnel for multiple positions. Her unique combination of creative and production skills is revealed in product development for themed entertainment and theatrical events.
